Who we are
smallsolutions was established in July 2009 and is in the process of building up operations. In February 2010 we started the SEED program in central Uganda and are currently working on expanding our operations there. Our team is an impassioned group of individuals dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through social entrepreneurship.

Leslie Morris
Chief Executive Officer
Leslie has over 17 years of experience in the Construction, Energy, Media and Real Estate industries. He is a trained architect and specialist in project development and project management.
John Davis
Chief Administrative and Finance Officer
John's career spans 20 years, involving employment in various industries such as Transportation, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Retail. He is also a specialist in human resources, labor relations and organizational management.
